Awards Ballot Pad (25 Slips per book)

Team building and developing your club is motivational. This pad has 25 slips and allows your students to vote for their fellow members to receive an award.

All they have to do is place the members name next to the appropriate award title. The pads are designed for use with the International Training Weekend Martial Arts Awards, but can easily be used for in-house awards.

There are several categories including:

• Special Award a brief description can be added

In addition to the awards your club member can fill in their name or optionally leave it blank if your doing a blind ballot.

By using this ballot method it creates team building and avoids other members thinking you have favourites if you simply select people for an award of your choosing.
